System Integrator partners

Ensuring the effective deployment and lasting impact of open-source social protection solutions requires deep technical skills combined with localized implementation expertise. Our System Integrator (SI) Partners form a trusted global network specializing in bringing our open-source software to life for governments and implementing organizations around the world.

They serve as the critical bridge between our digital public good and the specific, real-world operational needs of complex social protection programs. Our SIs are vetted experts who guarantee a successful implementation journey, encompassing everything from initial system setup and tailored configuration to align with national policies, to seamless integration with existing digital infrastructure, such as identity and payment systems. Crucially, they also lead comprehensive capacity building and training initiatives, ensuring that local government teams achieve full technical ownership and long-term sustainability of the solution.

Technology Provider partners

The modular design of our open-source software is engineered to integrate seamlessly with the broader digital ecosystem. Our Technology Partners are key collaborators who provide the essential, specialized components required to extend our platform's capabilities—such as biometrics, secure payment gateways, or authentication services. This partnership guarantees that all allied technology is pre-integrated, vendor-neutral, and standards-compliant, ensuring full interoperability and high performance. By working with these partners, we collectively offer governments a high-quality, end-to-end solution that maintains platform flexibility and provides maximum choice.

Collaborations

Pooling resources, expertise, and efforts is essential for improving the implementation and delivery of social protection programs. OpenSPP collaborates with a wide range of initiatives and contributes to several open-source projects that strengthen the broader social protection ecosystem.

We are also actively engaged in initiatives that promote interoperability and standardization in open-source solutions for social protection, helping ensure that digital systems can work together effectively across programs and contexts.

Digital Public Goods in the social protection ecosystem become far more powerful when developed and deployed collaboratively. By aligning standards, sharing reusable components, and building on each other's innovations, DPGs can reduce duplication of effort and enable governments to adopt interoperable solutions more quickly while benefiting from a broader community of expertise.
